All room reservations are subject to availability. A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests. Sri Shyam Villas Varanasi Retreat reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of suspected fraud or misuse.
Advance payment: Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings or promotional rates.
Check-in: 12:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact reception if you require flexible timings.
The following cancellation rules apply:
- Individual Bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- Group Bookings (3–8 rooms): Free cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
- Large Group Bookings (more than 8 rooms): Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- No-Show: No refund in case of no-show.
Amendments: Reservation amendments (date changes) are subject to availability and the applicable rate difference at the time of modification. If an amended date has a higher rate, guest must pay the difference; if lower, Sri Shyam Villas Varanasi Retreat may apply the rate difference as per policy.
All charges are in INR. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Bank Transfer (if applicable). All bills must be settled at or before check-out unless prior written arrangements have been made.
Special offers and promotional rates may require full prepayment and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Guests are requested to respect the spiritual and peaceful environment of Varanasi. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for personal belongings. Sri Shyam Villas Varanasi Retreat is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal items. Any damage to retreat property will be charged to the guest.
Smoking: Permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Alcohol: Not allowed on the retreat premises.
Pets: Not allowed inside the property or rooms.
Sri Shyam Villas Varanasi Retreat takes reasonable care for guest safety but is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by natural events, third-party actions, medical emergencies, or force majeure. Please follow all safety instructions and notify staff immediately in case of emergency.

Sri Shyam Villas Varanasi Retreat reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel bookings for misconduct or violation of policies. Refunds (if any) will be handled according to the cancellation policy and applicable terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts near Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
